Brother of triple murder suspect Kyle Clifford serving time for murder of teenage girl

The man accused of the triple murder of three women is the brother of a convict currently serving a life sentence for the murder of a teenage girl, it has emerged.

Police have finally captured Kyle Clifford, 26, after an intense manhunt following the suspected triple homicide at a home in Bushey, Hertfordshire, The Mirror reports.

The victims have been identified as Carol Hunt, 61, Hannah Hunt, 28, and Louise Hunt, 25, the wife and daughters of BBC Five Live horse racing commentator John Hunt.

According to Hertfordshire Police, Clifford was found in the Enfield area of ​​north London. He is currently receiving medical treatment for his injuries. Officers had previously said they believed it was a “targeted incident” and advised the public to avoid approaching Clifford.

Clifford, who is believed to be Louise's ex-boyfriend, is known to have served briefly in the British Army in 2022 before leaving. This information was confirmed by the Ministry of Defence on Wednesday.

A Whitehall source commented on Clifford's military service, saying: “He didn't serve very long and he is no longer a serving member of the armed forces,” the Manchester Evening News reported.
